By using InvoiceStudio (invoicestudio.co) you agree to these terms.
The service
InvoiceStudio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Free plan and Pro subscription
The free plan lets you create unlimited invoices at no cost. The Pro subscription costs $9 per month or $78 per year. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Your data
You own your invoice data. We claim no rights to the content of the invoices, quotes, and client records you create.
Acceptable use
You may not use InvoiceStudio for fraud, spam, or any unlawful purpose — including issuing deceptive or fraudulent invoices. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of our country of incorporation.
